The ideal candidate will also support a variety of human resources functions, ensuring that HR processes run efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting (75%) Manage the full cycle recruiting process for hourly personnel, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to source top talent Conduct onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and paperwork Coordinate and partner with recruitment agencies to help meet recruitment needs Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and job fairs to build a robust candidate pipeline HR Generalist (25%) Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs Provide day-to-day support on employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance Maintain and update employee records in HRIS Support management with data reporting and workforce planning Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events Support general HR needs in the Bloomfield, CT location (onsite one day every other month) Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of relevant experience in human resources, with a strong focus on recruiting Experience utilizing a HRIS system (preferably UKG) with running reports and maintaining data integrity Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion while maintaining confidentiality Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting best practices, and HR processes Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Millstone Medical Outsourcing provides equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees.
