Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Hoffman Estates, IL, for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The role involves providing high-quality mental health services, managing individual client cases, conducting assessments, and creating personalized treatment plans. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address clients’ mental and behavioral health needs, offer expert guidance, and ensure a supportive and empathetic approach to recovery. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Work practices and Medical Social Work expertise Experience in Case Management, including coordination of client care plans Strong knowledge of Mental Health and Behavioral Health care principles Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Master’s degree in Social Work and a current Clinical Social Worker license (LCSW) in Illinois Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and commitment to client care Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team #J-18808-Ljbffr Mind Matters Psychological Services, Inc.
