Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist

Location: Doral, FL
Salary: Up to $62,000 per year

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join its team in Doral. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys recruiting, coordinating the hiring process, and creating a positive candidate and new-hire experience.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, from sourcing through offer stage
Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels
Conduct phone and virtual interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Prepare job postings and maintain candidate pipelines
Coordinate the offer and pre-employment process
Manage new-hire onboarding, including completion of required paperwork and documentation
Coordinate background checks, drug screens, employment verification, and other pre-employment requirements
Ensure I-9 and employment documentation is completed accurately and on time
Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in ATS/HRIS systems
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process
Assist with HR projects and other administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting, onboarding, HR coordination, or talent acquisition experience
Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding processes
Experience working with ATS and/or HRIS systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, personable, and service-oriented approach
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Experience with high-volume recruiting is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

Salary up to $62,000, depending on experience
