Provides age-specific care to patients. Accurately completes all charge entry, database entry and any necessary registration forms. Provides preliminary and final results to other medical personnel upon request. Maintain equipment and recording area in a clean and operational condition. Additional Responsibilities Demonstrates behaviors which significantly impact the productivity, efficiency or quality of the laboratory or department. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions. Clip and archive EEG records in a timely manner. Be familiar with departmental and ASET guidelines for specialized tests without direct supervision on all recording devices. Performs specialized testing such as carotid endarterectomy setups, WADA testing, EEG with Tilt Table, EEG with PET scan according to departmental and ASET guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation. Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
