Paralegal

Description Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Farmington Hills, MI office. This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office. Interested applicants: We require a completed employment applicant and resume. What You’ll Do: Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks. Drafting settlement documents, e‑filing, submitting settlement offer for client approval. Frequent written communication via Email with Opposing Counsel and Clients. Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards. Requirements Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree (preferred). Prior law firm experience - required. Basic knowledge of civil litigation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred). Benefits Medical, Dental, and vision coverage; 401K plan with company match. PTO.
