Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for children enrolled in early intervention programs.

• Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan is tailored based on family priorities and child development needs.

• Monitor progress by consistently engaging with families and team members, ensuring that outcomes are met and documented appropriately.

• Provide critical support and guidance to families, sharing strategies and resources that promote their child’s development within a holistic framework.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, maintaining compliance in all areas of practice.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to foster an effective learning environment.
\n
• Develop strong, rapport with children, families, and colleagues to cultivate trust and facilitate open communication.

• Offer coaching and development insights to families, equipping them with necessary skills to aid in their child’s progress.

• Assist in ensuring the health and safety of all staff and those we serve by following established safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By addressing their unique needs early on, you will help lay a foundational path for their growth and future success. Collaborating with families, you will create a nurturing environment that supports emotional, cognitive, and communication development, addressing immediate concerns while fostering long-term skills.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in adapting therapeutic techniques to meet a child's diverse learning styles and needs.

• One year of experience in early intervention, specifically working with children and their families.
