Senior Project Manager

Sr Project ManagerWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support cybersecurity initiatives within a Security Operations and Vulnerability Management organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who can drive multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. You will partner closely with security leaders, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure critical cybersecurity programs remain aligned, on track, and successfully delivered. This position emphasizes dependency management, stakeholder communication, and operational execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate cybersecurity initiatives across Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Infrastructure Security, and Offensive Security teams.Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.Partner with leadership and technical teams to drive alignment, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.Maintain project visibility and reporting through Jira, Confluence, and established governance processes.Ensure initiatives adhere to organizational project management standards and reporting requirements.Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.Track key milestones, action items, and program metrics to support informed decision-making.Support Agile and Kanban-based delivery practices, focusing on workflow management and continuous progress.Proactively manage risks and impediments by identifying potential impacts and mitigation strategies.Facilitate executive stakeholder readouts, delivering clear progress updates.Required Qualifications5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting cybersecurity, information security, or technology organizations.Experience managing security operations, vulnerability management, infrastructure security, application security, or related initiatives.Strong understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and dependencies simultaneously.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Experience working within established PMO or EPMO governance frameworks.A self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting cybersecurity or technology risk organizations.Familiarity with vulnerability management, offensive security, penetration testing, or security operations processes.Experience working with technical leadership in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certifications.Jira Product Discovery (JPD) experience is a plus.Why Join UsYou will play a key role in enabling critical cybersecurity initiatives that help protect enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure.
