What You'll Do

You'll lead a high-volume culinary operation while developing the next generation of kitchen leaders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading a 100% scratch kitchen
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your culinary team
• Driving food quality, consistency, and execution
• Managing labor, food cost, inventory, and kitchen performance
• Creating a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation

This position is focused on leadership and execution. Menus and recipes are already established, allowing you to concentrate on building an outstanding team and delivering exceptional results.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for leaders—not just chefs.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef or high-volume Kitchen Manager
• Experience leading restaurants exceeding $5M in annual sales
• Scratch kitchen experience
• Strong BOH operational leadership
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• ServSafe Certification
