Therefore, they need someone who can stay beyond their end time to finish out the day if/when needed. + Schedules are adjusted as needed in cases of shifts worked over 8 hours. + The Practice Manager releases shift schedules 1 week in advance. + The Medical Assistant (MA) assists the Practice Manager and physicians in maintaining a patient/customer focus. + Supports the delivery of high-quality care and shares a passion for patient- and customer-centered care. + Assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets. + Provides patient care through performance of patient preparation, interviewing, technical tasks, and patient/family communication. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Current, valid, and unrestricted PA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. + High School diploma or equivalent + 18 Months of CMA experience is required + American Heart Association BLS, for Health Care Providers + Previous EPIC experience preferred + Additional certifications may be required. + Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. + Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements). **Benefits:** + Competitive Pay + Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance(eligibility begins after 60 days) + 401(k) Retirement Plan + Travel Stipends for Qualified Candidates **Ready to Get Started?** Apply through this job posting and submit your most recent resume.
