Catering Coordinator

Position Summary As a Catering Lead at Panera, you play a crucial role in our catering operations. You will help guests plan and choose delicious Panera dishes for events, respond to inquiries, and ensure hassle‑free hosting with prompt and accurate delivery. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders. Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow‑ups. Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events. Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards. Maintain Panera’s food quality standards. Build excitement and interest in Panera products and services. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age: 18 years. Complete basic food safety training and hold a Food Handler’s Card. Enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills. Self‑starter who can meet goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Have own vehicle with an acceptable driving record. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to lift and carry objects 25–50 pounds. Can stand and walk for up to 3 hours. Can communicate clearly and quickly understand directions in a loud environment. Align with Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors.
