Order Processing Coordinator

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated FBA Order Processing Specialist to join a vibrant team in California. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, contributing to the seamless operation of the business. Responsibilities:

• 
  Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to facilitate order fulfillment.
  
  



• 
  Maintain accurate records of inventory and order status.
  
  



• 
  Resolve any discrepancies in orders and provide solutions to avoid future issues.
  
  



• 
  Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding order status and any issues that arise.
  
  



• 
  Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  
  

Requirements:

• 
  High School diploma or equivalent.
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
  



• 
  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  



• 
  Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry.
  
  



• 
  Previous experience in order processing or a related field is advantageous.
  

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Pay: $18.00 -$21.00

M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
