Bookkeeper

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | 100% In-Office We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing wholesale apparel company. Wholesale apparel industry experience is REQUIRED. Candidates without prior accounting/bookkeeping experience within a wholesale apparel company will not be considered. Responsibilities Bookkeeper – Wholesale Apparel Company Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | 100% In-Office We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing wholesale apparel company. Wholesale apparel industry experience is REQUIRED. Candidates without prior accounting/bookkeeping experience within a wholesale apparel company will not be considered. Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting transactions Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Record customer payments and vendor payments Bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate general ledger records Assist with month-end closing Review and reconcile vendor and customer accounts Assist with inventory-related accounting and reconciliations Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and reports Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Maintain organized supporting documentation Work closely with management and the accounting team on daily financial operations Qualifications Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience with a wholesale apparel company is required Strong understanding of AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general bookkeeping Strong Excel skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience working in a fast-paced wholesale environment NetSuite experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 annual salary , based on experience Paid major federal holidays Up to 3 weeks of paid vacation per year 5 paid sick days per year Work Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM This is a fully in-office position.
