Key Responsibilities Core Accounting: Manage all accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general financial records. Software Management: Maintain and update records utilizing QuickBooks daily. Community Coordination: Coordinate directly with the tuition community and follow up with parents regarding accounts. Visual Projects: Create informative infographics as needed for communication purposes. Qualifications Bookkeeper Candidates must possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on QuickBooks experience, or have successfully completed a formal QuickBooks course. Excellent communication skills and an exceptional level of attention to detail are required. Bookkeeper Due to the sensitive nature of financial records and direct parent interactions, candidates must be deeply trustworthy and a strong team player.
