We are hiring an experienced Injection Mold Machine Operator for a plastic manufacturing company in Carrollton, TX . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a stable first-shift schedule and competitive pay.
Location: Carrollton, TX
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines used to manufacture plastic products.
- Set up, start, and monitor machines throughout production.
- Inspect molded parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic production issues.
- Trim, package, and label finished products as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating injection molding machines is required.
- Experience in a plastic manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read work instructions and follow production specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
