Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark We are currently seeking a Full-Time Case Manager for our Upper Saddle River program in Upper Saddle River, NJ. Job Duties: Asses clients' needs Development and implement service plans for clients Provide referrals when required Responsible for continuity of care and ensuring that appropriate quality services are provided Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree 1 year of related experience in social services Potential Eligibility for federal student loan forgiveness Rate : $18/hr Do you have 1 or more years related experience in social services? CCAN offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package for employees, with an 80/20% cost split between employers (80) and employees (20). CCAN is an equal opportunity employer.
