Business Development Representative - East

The Business Development Representative (BDR) works to qualify leads and pass to the appropriate sales channel to close into new consignors. Qualify marketing generated leads though daily outreach, while fielding inbound inquiries Pass qualified leads to appropriate sales channel to close into new consignment business Nurture leads through ongoing follow-up via phone/text/email Utilize internal tools and resources to educate leads on consignment process, brands accepted, pricing expectations and next steps High degree of professionalism and excellent phone demeanor Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills Comfortability using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM Self-motivation and drive to excel in fast-paced environment Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) Must be able to work one weekend day - shifts offered are: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday Familiarity with the luxury fashion marketplace Hourly base pay + uncapped commission

• The expected hourly rate for this role is $21-$21. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
