Description What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologyin accordance with established guidelines.

• Assist in specimen collection and sample preparation for testing as required.
• Accurately document all processes, mentor new staff or students, and uphold lab quality standards.
• Maintain a tidy and safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
