Human Resources Manager

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Human Resources Manager Responsibilities Lead the full employee lifecycle across two locations Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding Oversee payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and HRIS records Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance issues, and compliance Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and training programs Improve HR processes and build scalable systems to support growth Supervise and develop one direct report Travel periodically to the Ohio location Qualifications Progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Experience with recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations Working knowledge of payroll oversight, benefits administration, and HRIS Strong organizational skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach Experience leading HR across multiple locations preferred Experience managing or mentoring HR staff Experience with EOS preferred Experience with UKG Ready, HRIS implementation, or system evaluation preferred Manufacturing experience preferred This position is in the office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
