Job Title: Client Relationship Specialist

Location: 598 Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093

Duration: 3 Month Contract

Pay Range: $25/hr on W2

• Engage with clients face-to-face to understand and address their needs effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Handle client inquiries with tact and diplomacy, maintaining a professional appearance
• Support the operational success of the firm through effective communication and teamwork
• Maintain knowledge of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts
