Summary: The Client Support Specialist (CSS) collaborates with the Client Support Management team to ensure the success of client programs. The Specialist works closely with Client Support Managers to develop positive relationships with clients, become product experts, trusted advisers, strategists, and problem solvers. In this highly collaborative role, the Specialist focuses on improving the overall health and satisfaction of our clients. This role is hybrid and will work onsite 2 days per week at one of the following locations: Chicago, Philadelphia, or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role. Responsibilities Field troubleshooting emails and calls from clients and respond to issues. Ensure first-order health for new clients. Pull key reports, metrics, and data and analyze them to promote program health. Act as a product expert and serve as an advocate for the client. Work with Client Support Managers to prepare for Business Reviews and client meetings. Demonstrate client knowledge to advise quarterly budgeting exercises and review numbers monthly for variances to actual analysis. Collaborate on the integration of new programs for new and existing clients. Work on internal development projects as assigned or proactively identified by the role. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in a client support and/or operations role with direct client contact. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, Asana, and Dynamics CRM preferred. Ability to travel for company and client-related activities. Compensation and Benefits The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $56,250 to $68,250, with eligibility for an annual bonus and overtime. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including qualifications, years of experience, skills, education, certifications, business needs, and market demand.
