This is a busy, fast-paced position with significant customer interaction. We are looking for someone who communicates well, stays calm under pressure, and can professionally handle customers both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming phone calls Greet and assist customers at the front desk Schedule vehicle redemption appointments Explain required documents, payments, and procedures to customers Handle difficult or frustrated customers professionally Verify customer information and maintain accurate records Process paperwork and update information in our computer system Communicate with office staff, lot personnel, and management Maintain an organized and professional front desk Assist with general administrative and customer service duties What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional and respectful attitude Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to remain calm when dealing with upset or frustrated customers Good computer and data-entry skills Strong attention to detail Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Previous receptionist, office, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Position Full-Time – Fort Myers, FL We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position and takes pride in being dependable and professional.
