Real Estate Transactions Associate Attorney West Palm Beach (alternate options: Miami or Fort Lauderdale) Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Transactions Associate to join a dynamic, full-service law firm with a nationally recognized real estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value commercial real estate matters in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. The Opportunity The firm is looking for an associate with 2-5 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will participate in all stages of deals-from inception through closing-across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and financings.
