Sales Call Center Agent (Italian-speaking) – join a dynamic team at Neo Group on behalf of a partner. This role focuses on engaging customers to introduce and explain products and services, with a commitment to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through phone, email, or chat to introduce and passionately explain cutting-edge products and services.
- Understand customer needs and preferences, tailoring recommendations to create personalized solutions.
- Close deals by providing accurate information, pricing, and ensuring interactions move toward hitting and surpassing sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay ahead of the game with up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends to handle customer queries or objections.
- Team up for success by collaborating with teammates to achieve sales goals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections
