Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate their physical conditions and functional abilities, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual's needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address specific patient goals, allowing for dynamic adjustments as progress is monitored.
• Utilize a variety of hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on effective home exercise programs, strategies for injury prevention, and necessary lifestyle modifications to complement therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring treatment plans are updated according to evolving patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and cohesive treatment approach.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records to comply with healthcare regulations, enhancing continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying current with trends in physical therapy and integrating new methodologies into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient demographic ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management and sports injury recovery. Our patients come from various backgrounds and age groups, each requiring tailored interventions to help them regain mobility and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized and accredited institution.
• A current, valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in physical therapy or related fields with proven clinical competency.
• Strong clinical skills with the capability to evaluate and implement various therapeutic techniques effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients and staff alike.
• A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centric care and a passion for helping others.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
