Our manufacturing client in the Barrington, IL area is seeking a Bilingual HR Admin to join their team. The Bilingual HR Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, employee relations, and communication efforts. This position requires fluency in Spanish & English.

Our manufacturing client in the Barrington, IL area is seeking a Bilingual HR Admin to join their team. The Bilingual HR Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, employee relations, and communication efforts. This position requires fluency in Spanish & English.
Job Highlights:
- Temp to Hire
- $20-22hr, based on experience
- Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Facilitate communication between HR and bilingual employees, translating documents and communications as needed.
- Assist with employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.
- Other duties as assigned
- Prior experience working in recruiting, staffing, human resources preferred.
- Seeking candidates who are organized, easygoing, adaptable, team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
