Business Support Manager - Commercial Banking Colleague Development

Citizes is seeking a Business Support Manager to work with the Commerical Banking colleague development program management team. The role supports strategic and operational initiatives by coordinating programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving day-to-day business support activities. This role partners across multiple functions to ensure effective execution of recruiting, onboarding, training, employee development, and other business programs while contributing to process improvements, reporting, communications, and operational excellence.

Primary responsibilities include

• Support business strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational priorities, program objectives, and key business drivers.
• Coordinate business support activities across recruiting, early-talent, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
• Provide consultative and operational support to business leaders and stakeholders, helping clarify needs, manage priorities, and resolve execution challenges.
• Partner across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other functions to support effective program and service delivery.
• Oversee program operations, schedules, resources, reporting, communications, and stakeholder deliverables.
• Identify operational risks, service gaps, and process inefficiencies, and develop solutions that improve business outcomes.
• Use reporting, analysis, and stakeholder feedback to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Prepare leadership updates, presentations, and recommendations in support of strategic and operational initiatives.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of business support, program coordination, or operations experience, with an understanding of key business drivers and the ability to support strategic and operational initiative.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating programs, meetings, events, travel, onboarding, or training activities.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, employees, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience improving processes, workflows, systems, or service delivery.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $110,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, the budget and relevant skills and experience. ​
