Payroll Administrator

We are partnered with an industry leading manufacturer in the Dunkirk, NY area seeking a Payroll Administrator for their established manufacturing site. In this role, you will work closely with and provide support for the HR Manager by supporting all internal payroll functions for both hourly and salaried staff. Ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and have a strong attention to detail. This is a Direct Hire (FULL TIME ON-SITE) role that offers a competitive base salary, yearly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits plan. Responsibilities: Process weekly payroll for hourly employees and bi-weekly payroll for salary employee's Update ADP Payroll files with any information related to internal employee payroll updates. Maintain accurate attendance and employment logs for hourly employees and communicate with leadership as necessary. Create, run, and distribute payroll reports to necessary recipients weekly. Work with departmental leaders to ensure all time cards and payroll is processed per Union specification. Ensure HR and Payroll policies and practices are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
