RESTAURANT MULTI-UNIT MANAGER ~ DISTRICT MANAGER

HMSHost is seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-Unit Manager to join our team at the DFW Airport!

Position: F&B Multi-Unit Manager
Location: DFW Airport, Irving, TX 75234

Pay : $77,000 to $95,000 + bonus up to 20-26%, paid annually.

Job Responsibilities:
The F&B Multi Unit Manager ensures that all of the restaurants within the assigned Terminal/Concourse/zone are clean, staffed, open for business, and operating to high operational and financial standards by holding assigned General Manager(s) accountable. The F&B Multi Unit Director uses broad discretion and judgment to make great leadership decisions.

F&B Multi-Unit Manager Responsibilities include:
- Ensures all GMs and staff recognize the importance of preparing each of the zone’s restaurants for next-day opening, holding GMs accountable for executing all closing and opening checklist/requirements.
- Analyze restaurant data points, sales plans and projections
- Motivate and develop unit-level management
- Select and maintain proper staffing
- Ensure upward development of management team
- Administer appropriate restaurant level financial controls
- Coordinate and implement maintenance programs
- Exercise judgment pertaining to all employee relations and personnel actions
- Responsible for hiring, termination, performance appraisals, merit increases and promotions of Management team
- Coordinate management meetings to ensure all management is knowledgeable of policies, procedures and current operational activities
- Conduct and administer restaurant visitations to evaluate progress and performance
- Enforce company and operational policies and procedures
- Conduct training of Assistant District Managers
- Participate in remodels/closures and acquisitions
- Resolve escalated customer complaints

F&B Multi-Unit Manager Requirements:
- Must have recent RESTAURANT Multi-Unit Management Experience
- Prefer Knowledge of multiple Segments, QSR, Casual Dining, Coffee, etc.
- Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Personal Transportation
- Willing to undergo and pass Drug Test and Background Check, in accordance with local laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; College Degree a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Adjust to changing assignments.
- Maintain productivity, composure, and a pleasant attitude under pressure.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Computer skills such as POS, Cash Register, Inventory Control Programs, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office
