Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM Job Description The OSW (Outside Service Worker) SOW (Statement of Work) Specialist is responsible for leading SOW activities including but not limited to reviewing, redlining, validating, requesting legal review, if applicable, and initiating approval flows for SOW contracts. Also, ensuring compliance with company policies, procurement standards and legal/privacy requirements. End-to-end ownership of high volume, SOWs and SOW Revisions. Lead contract activities related to OSW SOWs, partnering with stakeholders, Category Managers, OSW Operations team, shared services partners, and suppliers, as needed. Request and manage legal reviews when applicable, ensuring that all contract terms are compliant with legal requirements. Initiate and oversee approval flows for OSW SOW contracts, ensuring timely and efficient processing. Evaluate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with procurement standards and rate cards and assess any potential risks to the company. Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders regarding OSW SOW contract inquiries and modifications. Route approved, executable SOWs and SOW Revisions for signatures via DocuSign. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and streamline OSW SOW contract processes and implement best practices for contract management. Deliver outstanding stakeholder experiences. Educate, support, and drive compliance with S&P policies. Ensure timely and accurate completion of contract activities. Key Relationships Category Leaders, Category Managers and OSW Operations Team Suppliers Contract Specialists Business Unit Stakeholders Outsourced Sourcing Providers, where applicable Shared Services (including Legal, Risk and Privacy Job Requirements 1-3 years of contract management experience, experience in contract review for risk especially experiences in Indirect Services preferred 2 years stakeholder management experience including senior level stakeholders Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) Degree or equivalent and requires 2+ years of relevant experience Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven mindset Able to manage projects and tasks within tight timelines Skilled in cross-functional teamwork and relationship management #J-18808-Ljbffr
