Selling Supervisor

Summary The Selling Supervisor mentors associates to deliver an elevated customer experience while achieving category and sales objectives. The role supervises daily store operations, maintains merchandising standards, and supports the Store Manager in team development and performance improvement. Responsibilities Drive individual and store sales targets and consignment goals through coaching and floor supervision Lead and empower the sales team to maximize units sold per transaction and average transaction value Coordinate use of client relationship resources and support high-quality customer service Assist with stock and store operations, POS utilization, opening and closing procedures, and inventory accuracy Partner with Visual Manager to implement merchandising standards and execute visual plans Support Store Manager in training, mentoring, disciplinary procedures, and onboarding of new staff Requirements Business school or university degree, or equivalent experience Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail; minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred Proficient with POS systems and general software (Word, Excel); able to learn company tools Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate teams, set goals, and drive results; foreign languages a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
