Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, confirming credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized guests, staff, and/or vendors in accordance with site protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Support front desk operations by answering questions, providing clear directions, and reporting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy‑related issues to the appropriate personnel. Help to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation of entry points, badge activity, and front lobby conditions while maintaining a professional presence. Minimum Requirements A guard card and/or license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
