What You’ll Do Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits Build lasting relationships with customers before and after the sale Follow up with leads and maintain an active customer pipeline Learn Acura products, services, and financing options Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish You’ll report to the Sales Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals. What You’ll Bring 1+ years of experience in automotive sales 1+ years of experience in customer service Previous experience with Acura or Honda brands Ability to communicate with customers in person, over the phone and other digital communication channels Working knowledge of computer systems and office software Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence Total Rewards The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700. This position is also eligible for commissions on (Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit) and/or bonus opportunities (Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approval). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
