Back Office Closing Specialist

Must be able to work on site in our Plano, TX office Job Purpose The Back Office Closing Specialist is responsible for processing all directed orders effectively and accurately based on business rules provided. Essential Job Functions Process order requests in ResWare within defined timelines. Engage in WFG company culture that emphasizes engagement in our 4 Cs, quality of work and high performance. Respond to all questions and requests associated with the transaction in a timely and helpful manner. Provide a very high level of customer service to all parties involved in the transaction. Emails returned within Client and Company service level agreements. Report issues and inconsistencies with processes provided. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong communication skills; written, in person, and by phone. Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures. Detail orientated. Willingness and ability to learn new process and procedures quickly, while applying feedback to improve overall company performance. Keen sense of urgency. Self-motivated. High level of time management skills. Experience working fast paced growing, high energy company. Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed, minimum of 50 WPM. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to work in a paperless environment. At least one year experience in a general clerical role that includes typing, word processing or other experience with computer applications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
