About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP - Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and translating the sales strategy to drive sustainable membership growth, revenue performance, market expansion, and competitive positioning. This role involves leading day-to-day sales operations, developing enterprise sales priorities, and creating actionable growth plans. The VP - Sales will also be tasked with overseeing new business acquisition, broker/channel strategy, employer group development, and market segmentation. Strategic relationship development with key decision-makers and proactive retention risk management are key aspects of the position. Applicants for the VP - Sales role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and executive-level experience. A minimum of 10 years' progressive sales and leadership experience, with a proven track record of achieving growth and revenue goals, is required. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic, financial, market, and executive communication skills, as well as experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and forecasting tools. A health insurance producer license is mandatory, and a Master’s degree or executive-level experience in the local market is preferred. The role demands a leader who can build and transform sales functions, and who is adept at managing sales risks and leading a high-performing sales team.
