Weekend Nurse Manager Position

Our organization is currently looking for a Weekend Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations from Friday to Sunday at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Manchester, NH. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the nursing team, coordinating and prioritizing care for residents, conducting assessments, managing admissions and discharges, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate and prioritize resident care effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents.
• Manage the admissions and discharge processes.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of care.
• Lead initiatives related to quality, safety, and infection control.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Working Conditions
