Business Development Operation Intern

About this position
We are looking for a Business Development Support Intern to work closely with the marketing team, managing and coordinating the BD team's schedule. The role involves using AI tools to clean leads, organize and update accounts, and provide data support to the sales team. This internship requires at least three days of attendance per week, with an immediate start date. If you have fluent English reading and writing skills and are curious about business development, we welcome you to join us. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Expense Reimbursement: Manage expense reimbursement for the BD team
· Organize, submit, and follow up on daily expense reports for the BD team to ensure complete and timely processing

2. Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate calendars between the BD and Marketing teams
· Receive and schedule BD team appointments, coordinate schedules between BD and Marketing teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment

3. Data Support: Provide data support to the sales team
· Use AI tools to clean lead data and organize and update account information
· Consolidate sales-related data to support the sales team

· Bachelor’s degree or higher (currently enrolled candidates are welcome), major not specified
· Available for 3 days per week, with ability to start promptly
· Fluent in English reading and writing
· Curious about business development work
· Emotionally stable
