Title and Summary
• Build/leverage compelling brand assets to drive card programs with issuers.
• Support in managing existing product lines, conduct portfolio management and new products GTM as well as on-going basis.
• Be the voice of the brand, convert issuers challenges to new marketing or product opportunities.
• The role specifically requires the ability in identifying the opportunity, relationship management and negotiation capabilities. [Role] • Support local account team and work with cross-functional teams and issuers during implementation process and after launch of product and marketing activities to drive incremental card/transaction volume and revenue in China (Eastern, Southern and Northern geography) .
• Support in developing issuer-specific strategy with customized co-marketing programs and conduct go-to-market plans for China banks.
• To design compelling, differentiated marketing content and product benefits by fully leverage all available assets that matters to issuers/card-holders.
• Responsible for idea generation; concept validation; and business case development for existing products
• Apply market research and conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and communicate them to account team and issuers
• Develop strategy and possible enhancements of product offerings in coordination with Product Development, customers and third parties
• Work with geography product leads to execution of advertising, promotional and sales programs to meet objectives for GZ / Southern China banks.
• Build strong partnership within China marketing/products/account team, key X functions and regional team in aligning the priorities/goals to drive business. • Strong track record and achievements in developing and delivering marketing programs
• Strong business acumen, with the demonstrated ability to think strategically and independently, and translate strategies into strong execution and implementation.

• Strong communication/presentation and negotiation skill
• Strong in interact and manage a matrix organization/relationship/partnership at all levels
• Excellent English and Mandarin speaking and writing Work Conditions:
