Management Trainee

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (salary is negotiable!)
Are you a student or recent graduate from the U.S., Canada, or Mexico currently studying or living in China?
Are you interested in building your career in an international manufacturing company with real exposure to North American customers, global supply chains, and overseas operations?
We are looking for several North America Business & Operations Management Trainees to join our team in 2026.
As a management trainee you will cycle through various departments including sales, R&D, and manufacturing to learn the how the company runs and operates. The goal is to have candidates return to North America and help with our United States operations.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are especially interested in candidates who are:
• From the United States, Canada, or Mexico
• Currently studying in China or recently graduated from a university in China
• Interested in manufacturing, international business, operations, supply chain, project management, or global trade
• Fluent in English
• Able to communicate in Chinese; HSK 4 or above is preferred
• Open-minded, responsible, practical, and willing to learn from the factory floor
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
• Comfortable working across multiple countries including Thailand, the USA, China, and potentially Vietnam.
PREFERRED BACKGROUNDS
Majors or experience in the following areas are preferred but not required:
• International Business
• Supply Chain Management
• Mechanical Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Materials Science
• Business Administration
• Project Management
• Operations Management
• Chinese Language or China Studies with strong business interest
