Welcome guests, manage lobby flow, and ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment. Supervise front desk, valet, and cleaning teams.
Handle guest questions, complaints, and special requests quickly and professionally.
Coordinate with restaurant, bar, and club staff to support events and peak hours.
Monitor supplies, equipment, and security.
Train new team members on service standards.
Prepare daily reports and shift handovers.
Maintain calm under pressure and keep service quality high.
