Chief Operating Officer

We’re looking for a decisive, high-execution Chief Operating Officer to turn big-picture vision into seamless daily performance. Operating behind the scenes of heavy-duty transportation, fleet, and industrial mobility, you’ll take full ownership of our core systems—scaling infrastructure, refining cross-functional workflows, and building the accountability structures needed to keep a fast-paced business moving forward without missing a beat.

salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Strategy: Translate high-level business goals into actionable operating roadmaps, clear performance metrics, and seamless daily execution across all departments.

• Optimize Scalable Systems: Audit internal workflows and infrastructure to design, deploy, and refine scalable processes that boost overall organizational efficiency and consistency.

• Enforce Accountability Rhythms: Standardize cross-functional reporting frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance cadence to maintain high organizational focus.

• Mitigate Risk & Solve Blockers: Proactively spot operational bottlenecks, assess business risks, and make firm decisions to keep critical initiatives moving on schedule.

• Unify Executive Operations: Serve as a bridge between senior leaders to align cross-departmental priorities, remove friction, and ensure unified business execution.
