Restaurant Managing Partner

Teach, train, and lead all Team Members during each shift, including coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members. Maximize sales and profitability, control expenses, meet budgetary constraints, handle guest complaints, and ensure sanitation, safety, and food quality. Model the behavior expected of a leader and champion the 1-4-7 philosophy. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3+ years restaurant management experience. Valid Manager food safety certification or any other food/alcohol certification, as required by state law. Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds. Good hearing for safety and accurate communication. Must be able to read, write and speak in English. Must have reliable transportation. Managing Partner Responsibilities Strong brand stewardship and ensure each guest receives excellent service. Successfully implement the company’s strategic vision and plans. Develop a strong and motivated team through recruitment, communication and training plans. Identify strategies to retain and develop the best in Team Members and Managers. Proper staffing of the restaurant departments through adherence to brand standard training programs and scheduling processes. Lead the Management team through coaching, discipline and adherence to the brand standards. Execute positive financial results, including meeting sales goals and optimizing P&L. Become a pillar of the community through strong local marketing efforts and partnerships. Ensure that restaurant facilities consistently meet brand standards. Abide by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage guests. Ensure compliance with all labor regulations.
