Elderly Caregiver | 8-12 Hour Day & Night Shifts (Home Care)

Position Summary

We're seeking experienced home care aides with a minimum of 2 years of professional caregiver experience to provide exceptional personal care and support to elderly and disabled clients in their homes (Facility experience is okay as well).

Home Care Aide Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Hygiene Support: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene activities
• Medication Management: Help clients take prescribed medications as directed
• Mobility & Ambulation Assistance: Support clients with walking, transfers, and movement around the home or community (doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, walks)
• Physical Therapy Support: Assist clients with completing physical therapy exercises and recommended therapy activities
• Meal Preparation & Nutrition Support: Prepare meals with attention to dietary restrictions and nutritional needs; accompany clients to grocery shopping when needed
• Light Housekeeping Duties: Perform light housekeeping tasks clients cannot complete independently
• Communication: Report conditions and treatment plans to Care Navigator team
• Client Companionship: Provide emotional encouragement and companionship alongside physical support

Required Qualifications:

• Home Care Aide Certification/Registration - We can help you obtain your certification
• Valid driver's license
• LiveScan background clearance or willingness to complete
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum 2 years of professional home care experience with a Facility and/or Agency

• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Respectful, compassionate demeanor with excellent bedside manner
• Physical endurance to complete required caregiving tasks
• Commitment to health and safety standards in home care settings
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary constraint awareness
• Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious approach to elderly and disabled care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Compensation & Home Care Aide Benefits

Competitive Hourly Pay: $17 - $20/hour
