About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
• Schedule and confirm client appointments and attorney meetings
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and legal correspondence
• Maintain and organize client files, records, and legal documents
• Support attorneys and staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or legal office role required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional, polished demeanor with a client-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced legal environment
