Epic Application Coordinator - PB (hybrid)

Overview The Application Coordinator designs, builds, tests, validates, and supports clinical and revenue‑cycle applications. They obtain necessary Epic certification, maintain comprehensive knowledge of Epic and clinical workflows, and collaborate with clinical and financial stakeholders to design future‑state workflows. Responsibilities The Coordinator provides tier III on‑call support, implements approved configuration changes, and works with interdisciplinary teams to build the system to support new workflows. They represent Information Services and maintain critical business relationships with colleagues, physicians, and other Epic users. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or current clinical licensure in nursing, radiology, pharmacy, respiratory, or related field is required In lieu of a degree or clinical licensure, four (4) years of experience in business administration, information technology, science, healthcare, or related field is required Work Experience 3 years of healthcare or IT experience, including one (1) year of EMR experience, is required In lieu of a degree or clinical licensure, seven (7) years of healthcare or IT experience, including one (1) year of EMR experience, is required 1 year of direct experience with Epic applications in a clinical or IS field is preferred Licenses and Certifications Current Epic certification is required Active Epic proficiency achieved with a score of 90 is required Business Unit: Piedmont Healthcare Corporate #J-18808-Ljbffr Piedmont
