Position Summary

The Bilingual Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates. This role serves as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking applicants, ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting client staffing needs. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and screen qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, work history, and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist candidates with completing onboarding paperwork, employment documents, and pre-employment requirements.
• Schedule drug screens, background checks, fingerprint appointments, and other pre-employment screenings as required.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Communicate job opportunities, schedules, pay rates, and assignment details clearly to applicants.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support employee relations by responding to questions regarding assignments, payroll, attendance, and employment verification.
• Work closely with recruiters, branch managers, and clients to ensure staffing goals are met.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information.
• Perform additional administrative and recruiting duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or human resources experience preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
