As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while using computer or tablet tools as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $25.10 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities in accordance with site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial property common areas, building exteriors, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization as required, and assist with directing guests to appropriate areas. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
