As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.39 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe building activity, reporting suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives. Minimum Requirements: Have at least two years of security-related experience. Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
