HR Coordinator
CARDS Holdings, Inc.
The HR Coordinator provides hands-on support across recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner, this role is built for an early-career professional who is serious about building a long-term career in HR, brings energy and initiative to their work, takes pride in the details, and is hungry to learn and grow within the function.
What You Will Do- Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics from offer acceptance through Day 1
- Conduct general employee orientation
- Ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork, I-9 documentation, and system setup
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during pre-boarding
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and requisition status
- Support offer administration and pre-employment processing
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR reporting and data tracking
- Support HR programs, initiatives, and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an office, administrative, HR, or recruiting environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Prior exposure to an ATS or HRIS platform is a plus but not required
- Basic familiarity with recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, or I-9 compliance

Work Environment Fully on-site in Coppell, TX. Standard weekday hours with occasional flexibility for candidate scheduling or onboarding needs.
