Outside Sales Representative | B2B Wholesale United States | Field-Based | Multiple Territories Are you a hunter-style sales professional who enjoys building business from the ground up? We’re partnering with a growing company in the sustainable apparel and textile space that is expanding its U.S. sales team and looking for an Outside Sales Representative to develop and grow a territory. The Opportunity This is a full-cycle B2B sales role for someone who is energized by prospecting, face-to-face selling, closing new business, and building long-term customer relationships. You will own your territory from prospecting and discovery through closing, onboarding, retention, and account growth. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in the field, meeting customers and actively developing new opportunities. What You'll Do Build and grow a book of B2B wholesale business Prospect aggressively through cold outreach, in-person visits, and door-to-door prospecting Develop new accounts and close new business Meet prospective and existing customers face-to-face Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close Build lasting customer relationships and grow existing accounts Pursue both inbound and self-generated opportunities Leverage CRM, AI, and other tools to improve prospecting and pipeline management Maintain accurate activity, follow-up, and transaction records Manage your territory independently and work toward sales objectives What We're Looking For 2–10 years of professional experience Strong new-business development and hunting skills Ability to prospect, close, retain, and grow accounts Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and spending approximately 70% of your time on the road Strong ownership mindset and results orientation Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment Experience using CRM and pipeline-management systems Compensation Year-One OTE: $100,000–$110,000+ Commission: Meaningful upside based on performance Territories Positions are available across: Texas | Florida/Southeast | Tri-State | Midwest This is a field-based position, with primarily local and regional travel by car.
