District Manager

We are seeking an experienced District Manager to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple locations. This role is responsible for driving business performance, developing high-performing teams, ensuring operational consistency, and delivering an exceptional customer and employee experience. District Operations Oversee the day-to-day performance and operations of multiple locations within the assigned district. Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop location managers and their teams. Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and support. Assist with recruiting, training, succession planning, and talent development. Financial & Business Performance Monitor sales, profitability, expenses, and other key performance indicators. Develop and implement strategies to achieve district goals and improve financial performance. Manage resources effectively and support budgetary objectives. Customer Experience Promote a strong customer-focused culture across all locations. Address operational or service-related concerns and implement appropriate solutions. Ensure teams consistently deliver a positive customer experience. Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with senior leadership to implement business initiatives and district-wide strategies. Analyze performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the district. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred. Several years of progressive leadership and multi-site management experience. Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams. Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing budgets and performance metrics. Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to travel throughout the assigned district as needed. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Professional certification in management, leadership, or a relevant industry discipline. Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification.
